Yes. The Platinum-Pak is absolutely free upon your request. There is no obligation or solicitation, we will even walk you through sending in material, for new accounts unfamiliar with the process.
HOW DO I USE THE MedPlat mail pak ?
Our Platinum-Pak will arrive at the address you have provided. All you need to do is fill out the enclosed form, put items in the secure packaging, and mail it to us. We will insure your mail pak and allow you to trak items the whole time till your money is on its way to you.
HOW DO I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY PACKAGE ?

Yes - We have two facilities for shipping and receiving as well as account managers to service your account and insure your complete happiness. We have a location that processes Medical waste strictly as well as one for other precious metal waste from the industrial sector. ( ie. Platinum Thermocouple wire, Platinum crucibles etc.)
CAN YOU COME TO MY EP LAB/COMPANY TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT ?
Yes you can meet with your account manager in person for new accounts to insure you are familiar with the process, and it is a seamless part of your daily routine; As well as go over what materails your EP lab or hospital will be recycling and how much can be expected from your location. Programs are tailored to the individual facility.
